In 2004, Cynder put her coaching and consulting practice on hold to join the executive ranks of three publicly traded companies. In 2000, Cynder had successfully reached two professional goals – she left Ernst & Young Consulting to launch her own consulting practice and she authored, published and sold her book Leading High Impact Teams. In 2004 she felt it was critical for her to climb the corporate ladder in order to be master coaching and be in integrity with her clients.

In late 2011, after two years as an executive coach with Boeing, a Culture Officer with Countrywide Financial, and nearly four years as Chief Talent Officer for an Omnicom Group company, Cynder had accomplished her goals and left her career as a corporate executive.
